Last updated: July 2026. By submitting a lead or booking a cab through the Chouhan Cabs platform, you agree to comply with the following contractual terms.
1. Fare Structures & Tolls
Baseline pricing shown on the dynamic platform includes base vehicle rental and driver allowance parameters. Toll taxes, state transit border charges, and state permit fees are computed separately at real-time values.
2. Cancellation Policy
We offer a Zero Cancellation Fee model. Customers may terminate or reschedule booking allocations without penalty prior to the dispatch coordinates of the partner vehicle.
3. Customer Code of Conduct
Luggage limits are subject to the chosen vehicle capacity model. Carriage of hazardous, illegal, or inflammable substances is strictly prohibited under regional highway regulations.
